Dikong KC:

JM,
at kung walang kakilala, walang kukuha. maraming writers ngayon nasa call center na. buti noong panahon mo maraming puwedeng puntahan na TV stations.

TheCoolCanadian said...

Ha? Ngpuntahan na sa Call Center!
Sayang naman ang mga talent nila.

Karamihan kasi may masasakit na karanasan sa headwriter. Nasugagaan ko lang ang blog na ito:

Oh, God!

Dikong KC I finally read the aryicle. Terrible. I wouldn't go near this network if I were these exploited writers. Grabeng pagng-aalipusta ito sa mga writers.

Poor Galo Ador. Worked so hard, paid for only 3 weeks. And he lost his life for nothing.

This is not right. There should be new laws protecting these writers. I guess the system in RP is so rotten. I thought the 1970s were not good enough. Now I can say that the 70s were heavenly times for writers.

How depressing, indeed.

The more the merrier di ba?

Thanks for the link. Worked the first time I clicked it.

I must say it wasn't a surprise to me, nor was it a shock. Still, I felt for all those writers whose creative juices were bled to the max, and for what?

Suwerte ang mga kaibigan natin [you know who they are!] who refused such shoddy treatment, and left the system much earlier.

Bayaw,
There were inconveniences during our days as writers like you had to physically bring your manuscripts to APCI most of the time. Unlike now where almost everything can be sent electronically. But I guess we were better off then than most writers now are.
What do you think?

I dont know why people bother going to the shoe blog. It seems very boring and annoying at the same time. I guess people on.
